Compliance tool

Know your real ADA exposure before a lawyer does

5,000+ ADA website-accessibility lawsuits were filed in the US in 2025, 70% against e-commerce sites. Scan your homepage free, or get a full timestamped report across up to 5 pages — code-level findings, not an overlay widget's false promise of "fully compliant."

Full report — $39

70% of ADA web-accessibility lawsuits target e-commerce sites, and plaintiffs' experts don't just check the homepage. Scan up to 5 pages and get every finding named in full, plus a timestamped, printable evidence document.

One-time payment, no account, no monitoring subscription. This mechanically scans page markup — it is not legal advice and does not certify compliance.

Frequently asked

Is this an overlay widget, like accessiBe or UserWay?

No. Overlay widgets sit on top of your site and try to patch accessibility at runtime — the FTC fined accessiBe $1M in 2025 for claiming that made sites "fully compliant," and 25% of 2024 accessibility lawsuits targeted sites that already had one installed. This scans your actual page markup and tells you what's really there, including what it can't check automatically.

Does a clean scan mean my site is legally compliant?

No, and we say so on purpose. This checks the WCAG 2.1 criteria that can be verified from page markup alone — missing alt text, unlabeled form fields, page language, heading structure, link text, skip navigation. Color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader behavior need a human pass; the report lists exactly what still needs manual review instead of pretending otherwise.

I got an ADA demand letter. What do I do with this?

Run the full 5-page scan on your homepage plus the pages named in the letter (usually checkout, product, or contact). The report is a timestamped record of a documented, good-faith review you can hand to a developer or attorney — it's evidence of remediation effort, not a legal defense on its own.

How is this different from an enterprise accessibility platform?

Enterprise code-level platforms run $400-3,500/month, out of reach for the small e-commerce sites that are actually getting sued (64% of defendants have revenue under $25M). This is a flat $39 one-time scan for someone who needs an honest answer now, not a monitoring contract.

Do you store the pages you scan?

No. Each page is fetched fresh at scan time and nothing beyond the URLs you submit is retained.
