This policy explains what information Edge Thirteen collects when you visit edgethirteen.com or join the waitlist, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Edge Thirteen is operated by an individual (Marcus Jackman).
Email address — when you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit.
Technical data — when you visit the site, standard information such as your IP address and browser type may be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site.
To add you to the waitlist and send you a confirmation email.
To notify you when subscriptions open and to send the email updates and watchlist you signed up for.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We use trusted third parties that process data on our behalf:
Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery and waitlist storage), and Cloudflare (bot protection / Turnstile).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use your email only for Edge Thirteen communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us — and we’ll remove you promptly.
The site uses minimal cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a token to confirm you’re not a bot. We do not currently run advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers.
We keep your email while you’re on the list. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
We rely on reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Edge Thirteen is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
